The role as an independent contractor in the role of Business Development Manager, Western US,  is to drive new business development in the Western United States (excluding Colorado). Here's a breakdown of the responsibilities and payment structure for this position:


Responsibilities:


  • Market Targeting:
  • Identify and select specific markets within the Western United States where CityWeb.Design aims to expand its business presence.
  • B2B Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a business-to-business (B2B) sales strategy, with a focus on targeting and approaching B2B sales organizations such as legacy media companies (newspapers, magazines, phone book publishers) to sell CityWeb.Design websites.
  • Business Research:
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify existing successful B2B sales organizations within the selected Western United States markets that CityWeb.Design can potentially partner with or where sales opportunities exist.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture relationships with B2B sales organizations within the Western United States to secure partnerships or sales opportunities.
  • Contracting Sales Organizations:
  • The primary goal is to contract existing B2B sales organizations within the Western United States to sell CityWeb.Design websites, utilizing a revenue-sharing model.


Payment Structure:

Revenue Share

  • The Business Development Manager, Western US, is eligible to receive a competitive commission on all contracts successfully secured and executed by the contracted sales representatives within the established Western United States market. This commission is based on the revenue generated from sales within that market but is contingent on fulfilling the following requirements:

Ongoing Relationship Building (Requirement):

  • Maintain continuous communication and support to ensure the sales organization's success within the Mountain Region.
  • Collaborate with CityWeb.Design's Sales and Technical Teams to provide ongoing assistance and address any issues.
